Four nights in a standard room, on twin sharing. Indian buffet breakfast with masala chai every morning, four dinners cooked by an Indian chef, and the evening networking cocktails all happen here — so the group eats and meets in one place after a long day at the fair.
The hotel is at Building 38, Haibadong Road, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong 528200, China. Foshan is the city adjoining Guangzhou, where the Canton Fair complex is located — so you are staying just outside Guangzhou rather than in it. The complex at Pazhou is about 25 km away, roughly half an hour by road and longer in fair-week traffic. Look the address up before you book; we would rather you saw it here than found it later.

The starting price depends on your departure city: Ahmedabad is ₹1,30,000 (includes 5N/6D with Shenzhen market tour), Mumbai is ₹1,35,000 (4N/5D on Cathay Pacific), and Delhi is ₹1,40,000 (4N/5D on Cathay Pacific). All rates are quoted per person on twin sharing.
Government regulations require 5% GST and 5% TCS (claimable in your annual income tax return) on overseas tour packages. In addition, there is a mandatory driver/guide gratuity of USD 30 per person, and a single-room supplement if you choose not to share a twin room. A booking advance of ₹85,000 per person (non-refundable) is required to secure group airline seats and Marriott hotel inventory.

Yes, but the quoted price is per person on twin sharing. If you travel alone, or we cannot pair you with a twin-sharing partner, a single-room supplement is payable and it is mandatory. Tell us on the call and we will quote the single-occupancy figure upfront.
The package is priced on a minimum of 30 adults travelling together. If the group size falls below that, either the price increases or some services change. GD Holidays will inform you before your final payment is due, so you can decide.

No. Breakfast is included every morning at the hotel, and four dinners are cooked by an Indian chef. Lunch is included only on the arrival day, at an Indian restaurant en route to Guangzhou. On the three fair days you buy your own lunch inside or near the complex.
The group flies Cathay Pacific into Hong Kong and continues to Guangzhou by coach or ferry, returning the same way. This is what makes the group airfare arrangement work. The transfer is included in the package in both directions.
