Three full working days at the fair, with the cruise and city drop scheduled in the evenings so no business time is lost.
Report at Delhi International Airport as per the airline's reporting time. Check-in and immigration, then board Cathay Pacific CX 698 at 10:45 PM for Hong Kong. Overnight on board.

Another full day at the fair. In the evening, a Pearl River cruise past the illuminated Guangzhou skyline, followed by cocktails and dinner at the hotel.
Final day at the fair to close meetings and confirm samples. Evening drop at one of Guangzhou's wholesale and retail markets, then cocktails and dinner at the hotel.
Breakfast and hotel check-out, then coach transfer to Hong Kong International Airport. Cathay Pacific CX 695 departs 05:40 PM and lands in Delhi at 09:30 PM.
The group visa is part of the package. You are not filing an individual application, chasing appointment slots or arranging your own invitation letter.
Complimentary assistance with PAR — the step that trips up most first-time visitors and can hold you at the counter on arrival.
Buyer badge registration is handled with you before departure, so you walk into the halls on day one instead of queueing at the registration centre.
Flights, hotel, transfers, visa and meals settle on a single GST invoice from an Indian registered agency — not five separate foreign bookings.
Buffet breakfast with masala chai, and four dinners cooked by an Indian chef. Sourcing trips are long; food should not be the thing that goes wrong.
An experienced tour manager travels with the group from India, plus an English-speaking local guide in Guangzhou for on-ground navigation.
These are public Google reviews of GD Holidays across its tours. They are not Canton Fair reviews — this is a new departure — but they show how the team operates.

Message us on WhatsApp nowGranting or refusing a visa is entirely at the discretion of the visa consular, and GD Holidays is not responsible for a refusal, a delayed decision or an error in visa dates. The booking advance of ₹75,000 is non-refundable, and the standard cancellation slab applies from the date you cancel.
This is why the passport question in the form matters — if your passport is not ready, we will tell you honestly on the call whether the timeline still works.
No. GST and TCS on overseas tour packages are charged over and above this, and the exact amount depends on the rules applicable to you — we work it out on your written quotation before you pay anything.
The package cost is also calculated at 1 USD = ₹94 with airfare as on 01 July 2026. If the exchange rate or airfare moves before ticketing, the difference is payable by the traveller. Your invoice carries the final figure.
Yes, but the quoted price is per person on twin sharing. If you travel alone, or we cannot pair you with a twin-sharing partner, a single-room supplement is payable and it is mandatory. Tell us on the call and we will quote the single-occupancy figure upfront.
The package is priced on a minimum of 30 adults travelling together. If the group size falls below that, either the price increases or some services change. GD Holidays will inform you before your final payment is due, so you can decide.
This departure covers Phase 1 only — electronics and appliances, industrial machinery, hardware and tools, building materials, new energy, and vehicles and spare parts. You get three full fair days: 15, 16 and 17 October.
If you source consumer goods, gifts and home décor (Phase 2) or textiles, footwear, food and medical products (Phase 3), this particular group departure is not the right one. Mention it on your enquiry and the travel desk will tell you what else can be arranged.
No. Breakfast is included every morning at the hotel, and four dinners are cooked by an Indian chef. Lunch is included only on the arrival day, at an Indian restaurant en route to Guangzhou. On the three fair days you buy your own lunch inside or near the complex.
The group flies Cathay Pacific into Hong Kong and continues to Guangzhou by coach or ferry, returning the same way. This is what makes the group airfare and the 144-hour visa arrangement work. The transfer is included in the package in both directions.
Yes. GD Holidays is a GST-registered travel agency (GSTIN 09AOWPT9371H1ZT) based in Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, and issues an invoice for the package.
GST and TCS, tips to the driver and guide (about USD 25 per person), lunch on fair days, single-room supplement if applicable, a single-entry sticker visa if your case needs one instead of the group visa, travel insurance if you are 59 or above, any class or room upgrade, and personal spending. The full exclusion list is above.
Tell us what you source and we will confirm availability, explain the visa timeline for your passport, and send a written quotation with GST and TCS worked out — no obligation.
